Refunds or Exchanges: Everything we make is a custom order, just for you! Because of this, refunds and/or exchanges must be requested within 14 days. You will be eligible for a refund for the cost of the product, but you may be responsible for return shipping to us.
Exchanges can be requested for items of equal or greater value, and all exchanged items must be unworn/unwashed. Item to be exchanged will need to be returned (at your cost) before a new product is sent out, and must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item(s).
